Case Study: Parmenter Group Real Estate
Project Brief
DISCOVERY
Parmenter Group, brokered by EXP Realty, came to SBS to partner on a portfolio of video needs. From real estate property to sales and marketing videos about the Parmenter Group real estate agents. SBS is to provide videography, voice over, graphics support, as well as leverage local drone providers for additional services.
DESIGN
Our initial discussion was a two-hour workshop to walk through the ideas from concept to design. The plan included a four-part real estate sales and marketing video series and an ad hoc / as needed approach to the real estate property onsite videos.
DELIVERY
We have created real estate property videos (sample below) and beginning to draft scripts and assign resources for the four-part sales and marketing series. SBS is so excited to partner with this amazing group of women and business owners! To see their dream of becoming Williamson County's premier real estate agency come to life is a blessing!
Case Study: New Horizon & Horizon Group Consulting
Project Brief
DISCOVERY
New Horizon & Horizon Group Consulting was seeking a designer to help create a simple design for their consulting and non-profit program. The goal is to highlight their professional and government consulting services to the local community businesses and individuals.
DESIGN
Our initial design began by building on the former logo which hadn't been updated in several years. The owner provided an initial design and we worked together to create the refreshed and more modern design. From there, we worked together on building out the specific content for a brochure and flyer about their non-profit branch for individuals going through transition from prison.
DELIVERY
After several hours, we developed the final logo, business cards, flyer and tori-folder brochure for the consultant to effectively communicate their services. We enjoyed working with such an experienced individual the local community!
