STRATEGY

We'll sit elbow to elbow (literally or virtually) and discuss your strategic needs - strategic communication planning, social media strategy development, organizational change management or more focused planning projects such as a software development launch or strategic marketing plan.

Case Study:  Resurrected Church

Project Brief

DISCOVERY

Resurrected Church came to SBS to help develop a marketing and communications strategy, as well as support for a facilitation role to manage important project tasks for a new church being built in Nashville.  Their goal was to ensure clear and consistent communication not only amongst their congregation but also with the project team (Builder, Architect, Engineers and Government Officials).  This was essential for a successful building project but also a well executed and timely project will help Resurrected Church further its goal to grow their church!

DESIGN

Our initial strategy started with building a regular schedule with the project team - this is a long term (2-years+) project in the early stages and will require dedication and significant time from the project team.  We also established a regular communication plan with the church leaders and congregation.  From there, we worked together establishing a relationship with the local government officials through in-person meetings, as well as sharing the project plan at a Nashville District 33 Community Meeting with the Council staff.

DELIVERY

As this is a multi-year project, we are in the early stages of design with the architect and working through the regulatory and zoning challenges.  Our next step after zoning approval and confirmation of community support, we will ensure we are consistently sharing updates and stories of progress with the church and community through social media, website updates and videos.  We are enjoying working through this dynamic and exciting project with the Resurrected Project Team!
